Lesson Cancellation Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for lesson cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in full payment being required.
Assessments
When you schedule an assessment, you will receive an invoice. The full payment should be made on or before the assessment day. Please be aware that the assessment report will only be released once full payment is received.
Questionnaires
Gathering background information is a crucial part of the assessment process. After confirming an assessment date, we ask that you return the required questionnaires within seven days to secure your booking. This allows us to adequately prepare for the assessment and choose the most appropriate tests.
Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your assessment, please notify us via email at info@dysl3xia.com.
We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel. However, due to the high demand for assessments, we must implement the following charges for cancellations without a valid reason:
Cancellation within 7 days of a booked session: 30% of the full fee.
Cancellation within 14 days of a booked session: Deposit only.
In case we need to cancel the assessment, we will promptly arrange a mutually convenient date or provide a full refund. The same applies if you need to reschedule, though please be aware that you may need to wait for an available appointment.
Report
After the assessment, please allow up to 31 days for the assessment report to be delivered to you.
Requirements
To proceed with the assessment, a valid eye test conducted within the past 12 months is mandatory. Additionally, completion of the parents' questionnaire, school questionnaire, and visual difficulties screening questionnaire is required before the assessment. Please ensure these are returned at least one week before the assessment date, as we reserve the right to postpone the assessment otherwise.
