Dyslexia can be described as a learning difficulty which mainly affects the ability to accurately and fluently read and spell.

The features that are generally considered to be characteristic of dyslexia are difficulties in phonological awareness, verbal processing speed and verbal memory. Dyslexia can occur across the spectrum of intellectual abilities.

A young girl and an adult woman sit at a table, working on a craft project with orange clay letters. The woman appears to be guiding or assisting the girl. There are various craft supplies, papers, and colorful objects scattered on the table, and in the background, educational posters are visible.

At dysl3xia we provide individualised learning programmes and full dyslexia assessments.

These include access arrangements if required, for the community within Mallorca, in English.

“My daughter was diagnosed with dyslexia last year, after her entire school life had been a struggle, not only with her school work but with confidence. Since starting to work with Anita, just after diagnosis, my daughter has improved academically, but more importantly with her confidence and self-esteem.”
